Hi Everyone,
First pregnancy for me and I'm about 6 weeks long. As expected I'm scrambling to do the research and figure out things like supplements I should be taking. I've read in numerous places that fish oil supplements can be helpful in the baby's development but they don't seem to suggest a dose.
HAs anyone else had expereince with taking Fish Oil supplments during pregnancy? Any ideas of he best dose level to take? Any other vitamins or supplements to consider?
