First Appointment Question

Hi all! First time to-be-mom here and I have no idea what I’m doing. I have my first appointment around 10 weeks and I have no idea what to expect. The admin I spoke with from the clinic said they would do a full physical that day as well as run some labs. She didn’t mention anything about an ultrasound or heartbeat test, so my question is what news should I actually expect to know at that date? I feel like I’m so nervous about everything being okay and I’m worried I’ll get to my first appointment and still not have real confirmation that baby is even doing well.
