Measuring 1 week ahead?

Hi everyone ! I’m a little worried because I measured 7 Weeks 1 day at my first ultrasound and today should have measured 12 weeks 1 day but measured 12 weeks 6 days. Is. This something I should be concerned about?

    No reason to be concerned. 
    In Both of my pregnancies, baby measured 7w when I was 8w by LMP. So they moved my due date to match the US date. By the time 12w rolled around, baby was measuring 13w.

    Measurements are almost always an APPROXIMATION.  Due dates are not an exact science, just estimates, also.
