Leaking Breasts

Hi mommas! I’m a FTM, just shy of 23 weeks, and I think for the first time, I had some leaking from my breasts last night. It was a very small (maybe pea sized) amount on one breast, but I just wasn’t expecting that so soon! Has anyone else experienced leaking at this point in the pregnancy?

Also worth nothing that I had a bit more leakage this morning when I woke up. Curiously, I noticed it right around the time my little guy started kicking for the day. Not sure if there’s a correlation there.

Yes it’s normal. I had clear pre-colostrum before I even hit 20 weeks.

So interesting! I’m glad it’s normal. Crazy that it starts so soon. Our bodies are incredible.

Yeah I’ve been getting that too. I asked the nurse if there was anyway to make it stop and she said no 😅

I’ve never leaked prior to giving birth but it’s totally normal.

With my son I started leaking around 14 weeks! This time it started later but just this weekend I woke up to a fist sized amount on my sheets, time to wear a bra to bed!
