Pregnant while breastfeeding!

My daughter is 11 months and I just found out I’m pregnant with my second! My daughter solely nurses and plays with her 3 meals a day. I’m going to have to continue nursing through this pregnancy. Any moms have experience with that? Any moms told to stop nursing while pregnant?

I just found out I’m pregnant and my daughter isn’t even 10 months! Also heavy on the breastfeeding.. I’m sure you’ve gathered info by now, but I’ve read that there is no need to stop breastfeeding although 5-6 months into your pregnancy you’re breast milk will turn back to colostrum, which your nursing baby might reject.. or just accustom to.. hope it’s been going well!

Best of luck! I found out I was pregnant with my second when my first was just shy of a year. Nursing was so uncomfortable and I was able to completely ween here by 14 months. I became pregnant with my third when my other second was four months and I slowly switched her to formula completely by 6 months.

I was told I didn’t need to stop, but it was very uncomfortable!
