Hi friends!

 *How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? July 2021-February 2022 (8 months)

*How far along are you? 5 weeks 3 days

*Which birth month board/due date? October BMB/October 29

*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Green

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We've had our boy name picked out since our last pregnancy and we've got a few contenders for girl names.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Betas were rising as they should so my first ultrasound is scheduled for 3/14. I'm trying to remain calm until then but PGAL brain is rough. I've been throwing up at least three times a day which is the earliest I've had morning sickness in any of my pregnancies so I'm hoping that's a good sign. I miss you all and still am rooting for everyone to get their THB!!

@shortstack930. Congrats!! I didn't see your grad post, but i'm so happy that this FET seems to be launching well.

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We have a name (I think) but Jews are superstitious about that sort of thing so we don't plan on sharing it until after the birth. We didn't tell anyone our daughter's name until after she was born even though we had decided on it before she was even conceived! 

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Rocking right along-- just had the anatomy scan and things look great. I think it's true what people say that the second time around you just like... forget you are pregnant (most of you who know me know this is not actually my second pregnancy, but it's the second time I've gotten this far). Baby is moving a lot now though so that is a constant reminder! I'm hoping the second half of this pregnancy is as boring and uneventful as the second half was with my daughter.

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. I think we’re decided but it may be awhile before we revisit to finalize anything.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Everything is moving along like normal. Mostly I could just use a mental break from obsessing over all the things. But in between the moments of obsession and panic, I do get excited about meeting a new human for the first time in a few months. It’s pretty wild to think about. I try to read into the movements and assign personality traits to it. So far it likes chocolate and seems cautiously ready to explore life (in another 17 weeks).

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We probably have the name, but not 100% solid. If we had to name her tomorrow it would be this name but I’m nervous about changing my mind with so much time left.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? We’re currently on vacation in FL. I’m finally feeling her moving after a very anxious 16 weeks. It’s so reassuring. When we get back I have the anatomy scan and hopefully all good news to better put my mind at ease. My pgal brain has really been putting a damper on things. As always, I continue to lurk and cheer for you ladies! ❤️

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Still haven't changed our minds on the name we have picked. I asked DH this morning if we had ever actually mentioned the first name we picked with people. We haven't explicitly given his name to anyone, but we have mentioned it to DH's family during a general baby name discussion. The name is the same as one of his long ago boss's kids. I'm proud of us for naturally falling on the side of just not telling anyone.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Had our anatomy scan last month and everything looked good . Also very clearly a male IYKWIM . He was a little uncooperative but we did a few simple things to get him to shift a little so they could get everything they needed. I'm still in awe with every ultrasound. Not only at the amazing life growing inside me, but also how TF is it comfortable in here?! One of his feet was by his face! We're still no further on our registry or getting the nursery room prepared Hopefully there's some progress later this month for my next update. If not this month then we really better get rocking and rolling in April!

As always, I'm lurking and checking in on my IF ladies. I'm always thinking about you

@acleverusername no more like his legs were just very spread so it was very clearly in view haha. Not gonna lie though that it all seemed rather big compared to his legs so maybe???

omg no I do NOT want to be one of those people openly discussing this kind of thing on a public forum Was that here that some random Peggy came through and compared her two son's lengths/sizes or did I lurk into someone's BMB to see that?

Lurking like crazy but @inthewoods23 it was on the May bmb. Maybe somewhere else too. Also please stop with baby genital length talk lol don’t want to be like that one lady a few years ago talking about how she wanted her future unborn son to be hung or something like that 😆

I think that was the first thread to be deleted because we all piled on over her being so concerned over the size of this imaginary child's package lol. I will forever remember her sharing some length vs girth chart that indicated what was deemed pleasurable to whatever group of women they polled to get this data lol.

It's not lost on me how long (and it really wasn't even that long) it took to get here and so I have nothing but gratitude. I am excited to meet this little one even though I'm also nervous about how much our lives are going to change (in a good way! but still). I think about all of you often and am always lurking and rooting hard for each and every one of you, even those who I haven't really "met."

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I had an ultrasound today and everything looked perfect. I graduated from the RE and the office was pretty empty today so everyone was congratulating us while we were walking out. It was pretty emotional, but hope that I never have to see any of them again.

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Been a bit of an anxious mess because I was hospitalized with pre term contractions last weekend, but it's been almost a full week since I was discharged so I'm hoping he stays cooking as long as possible! The good news is that he still looks great and is healthy, we just need to keep my uterus calm and keep my UTI under control (might have been the cause, but can't say for sure since it was *finally* cleared when I was admitted)
