I normally don’t watch the news, but tonight we had to entertain my MIL and I really don’t care for her what-so-ever so I always try to have loud background noise on if she’s over so I don’t have to engage much with her, and I decided to blast the news while we ate dinner and there was a story about a bull rider who was thrown off the bull and knocked unconscious and his dad rushed down and covered his sons body with his own to shield his son from the raging bull and omg I started bawling while I was eating my Popeyes fried chicken. It was a definitely a show to watch me eat dinner and I’m sure it gave my MIL something to run back and gossip to the family about because i seemed so unstable. 😂

We had our ultrasound 2 days ago and I put some of the photos on the fridge. I’ve started talking to the pictures of the baby. This evening I just stared at the pictures and started crying. Having those photos has made me feel more connected to my little one. I didn’t realize how much the photos would mean to me, it definitely caught me off guard!

I might have cried anyway... A friend of mine recommended a kdrama on Netflix "Crash Landing on You," and I bawled my eyes out, like ugly cry, so frequently during that show.
I also cried watching Grey's Anatomy, but that's normal. 🤣

Today was one of an ER Nurse flashing back to his memory during the height of covid deaths in hospital, as an ER nurse watching families say goodbye to loved ones via iPads. I sobbed

I cry in every Pixar movie and last night we watched the new one, “Turning Red”. It focuses on a mother-daughter relationship. I couldn’t stop crying at the end, thinking about my mom and the fact that I’m having a girl. The movie is so good—highly recommended!

I just watched the Letterkenny “International Womens Day” special episode and totally cried at the end. Never in a million years did I think that show would ever make me cry.

My 4 year old daughter is obsessed with the movie Encanto. We watch it daily, but no matter how many times I watch it, at the end when the Abuela is telling Mirabel the story of how she was given the miracle, I BAWL! Not just bawl, I ugly cry, sob and everything. When her husband Pedro gives their 3 babies kisses and then kisses her and (spoiler alert) turns to die, my whole day is just ruined at that point and I think of my own husband and children and I’m just devastated. 😂 I’ve had to stop watching that part and walk away before it gets there so I can save myself from those crazy emotions.
