R/R: We were told right before I left work that our new owner and our corporate CEO will be in this morning for a tour. So I had to scramble, set up a few demonstrations and clean up. They came and left and my bosses counterpart (since my boss is WFM on Fridays) gave me giant praise and they were very impressed. 

Also its freaking shitty out on another Friday.

R/R: Glad I'm completely off today. I had a virtual weight loss check in that I scheduled for earlier this morning and now I have NO time commitments today for the first time in a long time. I'm excited. Also glad because we are dealing with crappy wintry weather and I'm happy not to drive in it.

CS/Q:m had to manually put O in for now because FF tried to give me CH on CD 12 or CD 10, but I know for a fact those weren't O day since I had bloodwork both of those mornings.

@fantasyflyte keeping everything crossed for good results from your IUI! Are you using a specific program for weight loss, or just working with a trainer?

@bbrahmbhatt my health insurance has access to a program called RealAppeal that includes weekly virtual group sessions and options for one on ones as well.

R/R: Sorry I haven't been around much this week. Work has been awful. Super stressful and problems with a colleague that are keeping me from sleeping much. I keep telling myself that I need to relax, but the reminder that stress is bad for TTC just makes me more stressed. A never-ending cycle. Sigh.

@abjm0325 ugh those stress cycles are awful, I'm sorry. It's not enough to be stressed about other life stuff, then you stress about the stress causing issues...I feel it.

Testing: BFN yesterday.

R/R: Major rant: MH and I applied for a really nice apartment unit, but they're giving us the runaround. We applied FOUR WEEKS ago, and they've only called us twice, once to tell us that they didn't have all our paystubs, and MH goes "...I'm looking at the email now and it shows we sent them all." And they go "oh yes, I see them." And then they told us they'd send the application to corporate ??? and let us know. (That never happens...all apartments I've ever lived in do everything in the office). And then I called them the other day because we still hadn't heard anything and they said we didn't meet the income requirement because 3x the rent is (enter reeeeeally insanely high number here) and when I got off the phone, I was like....wait, 3x the rent it NOT that amount. So I called back and they told me they'd call me this morning. SOOOO I never heard back this morning so I called and she goes, "oh let me talk to my supervisor and see what happened. I'll give you a call back." And I'm still waiting. Clearly they weren't planning on calling us.

I'm just so annoyed. I know the reason that they're doing this is because when we applied for the unit, they hadn't had a chance to raise the price really high like they did with the other units, so we applied for the lower price. And now we know they don't want to rent to us for that price cause they'll be losing money, but they can't find a reason NOT to rent to us cause we DO meet the income requirement, have great rental history etc. So we think they're trying to run out the clock where we don't have time to put in our 30 days or we'll cancel our application or something.

Anyway. Sorry that was so long.

CS/Q: I was going to take another test this morning, but I had a big temp drop, so I decided not to. It's really early for that though, considering AF isn't supposed to arrive until next week. Normally my temp dips the day before, so....don't know what happened there.
