I’ve been working out pretty consistently the past 10 years! I always used to go to the gym, but have been working out at home for the past 8 months (Covid). I have lots of equipment which is helpful!
I was wondering what modifications everyone is doing to their workouts?! I heard I’m not supposed to be working out while laying on my back and avoiding heavy heavy weights.
Are you still doing regular pushups? Hip thrusts? Bulgarian split squats? Or taking it easy and doing banded workouts?
I’d love to hear what everyone is doing! None of my friends who have had kids used to workout. Would love to hear what everyone is doing!!
Ps I’m 14 weeks pregnant!
