OTC Meds

Hi all, has anyone taken the following OTC meds during pregnancy and found it safe/useful?
- Zyrtec
- Melatonin
- Dramamine (& has it helped w nausea?)

    @mcclanna This is a great question for the "Great Big Question Thread". I don't have any personal experience with any of those, but maybe someone in that thread will be able to share their experiences.
