I'm a little confused if Desmond is the last name or a potential middle where you are not sure if you want 2 middle names on some combos.

I am not a fan of double middles. I like Anna or Sophie as first names. They are all nice names but Anna and Sophie are less overused

I would say Catherine Olivia Desmond or Charlotte Olivia Desmond. It makes more sense to put a long  name for the first
