I am doing this on my own. Left ovary and fallopian tube removed due to cyst/necrosis just after birth. Right ovary and tube still purport to function.
Began TTC in Aug '18 @ age 35
5 or 6 (or 7?!) cycles using frozen donor sperm, ICI. All BFN
Mar-Jun '19 IUIs, all BFN
Began process of referral for RE in spring of '19, blood tests confirm low AMH (.54) but all else is good.
May '19 HSG shows open tube, but ultrasound suggests fibroids
MRI in June '19 confirms two large fibroids, one growing through wall of uterus
In June '19 I move from California to Oregon, disrupting my insurance, referrals, etc. 5 months spent piecing it all back together.
Nov. '19 attempted myomectomy (vaginal approach) failed. 2nd surgery using laparoscopic method in Jan '20 is successful.
April '20 --> June '20, natural IUIs, all BFN.
July? saline ultrasound and bubble test demonstrate open tube
July '20 clomid cycle cancelled for thin lining
Aug-Oct, 3 femara cycles, all BFN
RE referral. While waiting to set up an appointment Nov-Jan,I continue with natural cycles and ICI, using a known donor, BFN...
Jan '21 more bloodwork, AMH is worse (.30), FSH high albeit not catastrophic at 13.2. hysteroscopy all good. "looks cozy!" says the RE.
Feb '21, injectables (menopur, novarel), iui, BFN (doc said the frozen donor sperm sample had the "best numbers she'd ever seen!")
Mar '21, injectables, iui cancelled due to lack of follicles, converted to at home-insem. BFN
May '21, first IVF round cancelled due to cyst.
July '21 IVF: standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 7; 6 days of stims. 8 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilize, 4 made it to blast. 3 are 4AB, 1 is 4BB. PGT-A results all abnormal.
Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.
Dec -21, standard antagonist. 225menupur/225gonal-f/cetrotide/5000u trigger, AFC 5; 11 days of stims. retrieval yields 5, 4M, 2 reach day-6 blast (4AB & 4BB). 1 low-level mosaic (chr. 3 deletion), 1 complex abnormal.
Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.
July '22 egg retrieval same protocol: 9 days of stims; AFC 8; 10 retrieved, 8 mature, 4 fertilized and frozen.
Sept '22 ER same protocol: AFC 10; 12 retrieved, 11 mature, 11 fertilized.
From the 3 retrievals, 7 survived to day 5-6 blastocyst, from which I have 2 normal embryos!
Jan 20, Fully medicated FET, baby aspirin, dexamethasone, acupuncture, and as much woo as I can stand (which isn't very much). BFN.
July 23, Natural FET + baby aspirin. BFN.
Re: TTGP Grad Check-in February 2022
Hello friends!!
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? 3 years, Sept 2018 - Nov 2021
*How far along are you? we'll be 18 weeks on Thursday!
*Which birth month board/due date? July 14
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Team blue!!
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. I think we're all set on the name, first and middle! For now we are referring to him as Cargo because he's precious cargo and all of the game pieces for the FIRST robotics games are called cargo so it's very fitting. And it's actually not too far off in a way from the name we picked.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Going from weekly ultrasounds to nothing for 4 weeks wasn't that fun. I missed seeing him. Prednisone I weaned off of after week 12, then the progesterone and estradiol at week 14 and pretty much after that I almost always felt anxious that they weren't going to find a HB at my 16 week appointment (a growing stomach was the only thing putting me at ease). But there it was just a few seconds after the OB put the doppler on my stomach. I even briefly considered getting my own doppler because awwwww I melt a little every time I hear it but at the same time we knew we'd be getting close to being able to feel definite movement so figured at this point we'll just wait to feel those signals of life. The OB also dismissed me when I said I may have felt some kind of fetal movement a couple days prior since "that usually doesn't start until week 18-22" *eye roll*. She even said with her first she felt movement at 22 weeks and realized she had been feeling that a bit a few weeks prior. So don't come at me that it couldn't be possible that I'd feel something before 16 weeks
. We're quite confident we felt movement over the weekend with the softest little pokes here and there in the same area under my belly button. This is an absolutely wild ride and I can't wait to watch everyone else go through this! I'm rooting for all of you!
Dx: low morph (1%), ANA positive, low decidualization score, high TSH and testosterone, histone antibodies

*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? May 2021-November 2021
*How far along are you? 14 weeks Thursday
*Which birth month board/due date? Aug22
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Maybe team pink 🤞🏼
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We haven’t even really discussed it yet once we know girl for sure I’ll start bringing it up more
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I’m going for a boutique ultrasound tomorrow to find out the sex. At my nt scan there was “no obvious penis” so I’m praying that one hasn’t sprouted. Otherwise baby is healthy so far and that’s really all that matters to me! Second tri is rolling in and I’m feeling so much better! As always, I’m here lurking with you guys and cheering you all on!! ❤️
@inthewoods23 fwiw, I felt movement at 15/16 weeks with both of my previous pregnancies so your doctor can go pound salt on that one. Lol.
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? Nov. 20 - Aug. 21
*How far along are you? 31w
*Which birth month board/due date? April
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Green
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Still avoiding this topic. Have a feeling this baby will be nameless for a bit
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I've been feeling good, cannot believe that we could be meeting this baby in just a couple of months! Lurking all the time and rooting for you all
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? July '21 - Jan 22
*How far along are you? 5w2d
*Which birth month board/due date? October 11, 2022
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? Not sure what we are going to do yet. We were team green for DS so we have discussed finding out just to see what's different.
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. Only thing we know is that if we have a girl we will go with the name we picked out for DS in that same case, but not going to share that just yet.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I had two beta draws last week and the were just under doubling for 48 hours and I go for a third tomorrow. Feeling super anxious until the US on the 22nd. PGAL brain will do that to you.. But happy to enjoy this time.
@inthewoods23 I felt movement with DS at 16 weeks as well. If you felt it, you felt it. Don't let anyone dull that moment for you!

@optimistgardener I started feeling movement this time at 14w, and the first time I think at 16w. Doctors are super algorithmic about these things. I honestly just think a lot of people aren't that in tune with their bodies, or don't pay that close attention.
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? About a year-- fall 2020-fall 2021
*How far along are you? 16w2d
*Which birth month board/due date? July 2022
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? We know the sex but are pretending to be on team green. Not sure how long the charade will last, but MH was impressed with how easily I lied about it to our parents.
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. I think we have a name, but we won't share it until after the birth (Jews are superstitious about this sort of thing).
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Not really-- it's becoming a bit mundane, funnily enough, after all that work. I am much more nauseated in the early second tri than with my first, but I'm getting all of that good second tri energy, so that's good. I am so hopeful for all of you, and I am always lurking IF and rooting you all on. Hoping for another exodus soon (or maybe already started...)
Also-- PSA for those of you still trying for your first-- you may get really, really sick in the first tri. Like vomiting daily or multiple times a day. There are VERY SAFE medications for this! Ask your doctor! I can't believe how many women deal with this and get no help because their first appt is at 13 weeks. OK rant over.

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We have a pretty strong contender for a girl name. Nothing for a boy yet. With absolutely no evidence, H is convinced that this baby is a girl for some reason (has been since literally the day of the transfer - he's weird), so he's been focused on girl names and has almost completely avoided boy names lol.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Not really. Just slogging along through the cold, dirty, gross winter. Can you tell I hate winter?

*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? July ‘21 - Oct ‘21
*How far along are you? 21w1d
*Which birth month board/due date? June 25th

*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We’re solid on a girl name, strong contender for a boy. Both are references to DH’s grandmother who was the matriarch of the family. Since the baby will have my last name I wanted to make sure we honored his family with the first name.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? The anatomy scan was all normal. Everything’s been going pretty well, but I was surprised just how physically painful this experience has been. All the apps say this is when you feel your best and I’m just like, “Ok…? But I feel like trash?” On the positive side, fetal movements have become fairly regular so that’s good reassurance that everything is ok in there. I’m ready for winter to be over, so I’m kind of glad time is going by really quickly. At the same time there’s still so much to do!
As always, lurking and crossing my fingers for everyone here
Wishing you all the best and love.
I wish so much for all of you to one day be posting in this thread, and my thoughts are with you
I’m just going to slide in here right at the end of the month since I have an update!
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? May 2019 - February 2022
*How far along are you? 6 weeks 3 days (they are using my IUI date as date of conception)
*Which birth month board/due date? October BMB - October 18
*Team Pink/Blue/Green? We’ll find out
*How are you doing picking out a name? Feel free to share it. We have some names just from causally saying names we like over the years but we haven’t seriously talked about it yet.
*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? I had an ultrasound today and everything looked good! The baby was only measuring 5 weeks 6 days but she said that’s within the normal range and the important thing is the heartbeat which was perfect. I’m so relieved but miss you guys!
*How long were you active on TTGP and when (minimum of 3 months)? June 2019-may 2021
*How far along are you? 1 month postpartum!

*Questions, concerns or other? Anything else exciting to share? Our boy is the sweetest thing. We are so blessed to finally be at this point in our lives and are looking forward to enjoying this chapter and the next.
After years of being on the bump, this will be my very last update. I can’t thank this community enough for the support you’ve given me during our time. There have been many times where I’ve only been able to turn to this community for support and for that I am so grateful. TTGP, ttcal, IF, you guys are rock stars and you all have my love and support as you go through this journey to bring home your sweet babies.
