@MrsLaLaBug my SIL got them all the time when she was pregnant! I think she used the fake-bake green base spray. I'd call your local places and ask, but I want to say it is. I don't remember anything in cosmo school or working in the salon for years saying it wasn't safe, and we had pregnant women come in all the time for full services. You could even DIY with a lotion. My SIL bought her own machine and her and her friends spray each other.
