    WTF - so after writing up a contract on this land we plan to build on, we find out that the surveys builder gave us were incorrect, and land may not have been divided properly per the zoning, possibly making it not buildable until going through a rezoning process which takes 4 months here. So yesterday afternoon we were thinking of moving on and being done with it.  🤦🏼‍♀️

    Winning - after realtor questioned builder further, he must have dug around and found the CORRECTLY recorded surveys because he produced them and they seem to be legit, so I’m checking on that this morning to be sure. 

    This process is already a rollercoaster and we haven’t even done anything yet. 😂😂😂
