Lightheadedness - what should it feel like ?

What does pregnancy light headedness feel like? I’ve had vertigo and dizzyness before and this feels different, almost like my head is stuffed with clouds or the feeling you would get when you’re high (like when you’ve had too much sleep meds)

It's probably different for everyone, but for me it's like my head is floating and isn't quite attached to my body.

I have this too, especially if I stand up too fast. It might have to do with blood volume increasing a lot. We just have to take it easy and drink a ton of water
