Taken from my lurking in TTGP.... I don't like working with women. There's just always way too much drama. I will happily work with men, even if it means I have to deal with the sexist comments. I grew up with 4 brother. I can hold my own.

@LJMoon6 I once went to a Boy and Girls Club event with DH that was some kind of showcase for a sub-program for the girls. I think the event showcased how they've grown... something something I don't totally remember. It was a number of years ago.

Anyway, there was so much cheering and "omg you're amazing!" being shouted I wanted to barf. Like WAY over the top cringy to me. Probably for the same reason I never had a desire to join cheerleading, the poms team, or a sorority.

@LJMoon6 I’ve been lucky and not had to deal with drama with women in the workplace but my husband has seen the cattiness between some women he works with. I could not deal.

My UO is I think we should be on daylight savings time all year, so once we change clocks this spring, they should stay there. I know there are tons of reasons why we shouldn’t but I don’t care, this is my opinion! 😤😜

@sunshineandlemons We don’t switch clocks here and I gotta say. Switching the time is dumb. There WAS a reason for it, but at this point it’s just super confusing and jarring and unnecessary. Good luck getting it changed though 🤣

@LJMoon6 agree! But my UO is that men in the workplace can be just as dramatic as women - it just shows in different ways.

@twentythree19 I agree, I work with mostly women and a few men and it's always the men in my department that are having tantrums and act so hard done by

@rosegoldg haha yes! I had that experience at my last job! A lot of immature men. However, in my new job everyone is pretty chill. It really depends on the situation, company, and type of job. Sometimes people feed off drama from others and it spreads to a workplace. Communication is also a big part of it. People have to be mature enough to know how to communicate effectively and give/take constructive feedback.
