I am starting back at the gym this week. I used to go everyday at my lunch break until morning sickness kicked in. I was running about 7 miles a few times a week before then so I really would love to be able to run at least a couple miles twice a week.
How’s it going? I walked every day this week 20-40 mins which was my goal and went to 2 prenatal yoga classes. But my back hurts and I get short of breath easily. My pelvis feels like it’s splitting open. Every time I read what I should be eating (so many servings of leafy greens?! 100g of protein?!), I feel like I’m failing and worry I’m doing a bad job for this baby inside me! I’m really trying, but I crave mostly carbs!
@shoarmie99 I feel the same way! But I have three perfectly healthy kids and there is no way I was getting close to 100g of protein or eating leafy greens everyday so don’t be hard on yourself.
I just signed up for beach body on demand this week so I could do their prenatal barre program! Only did it once this week (signed up on Friday and it was HARD), but I’m planning on going for a full five days starting tomorrow. I legit felt like I was dying during the first workout, so not sure how I’m gonna keep at it. But I know it will just get harder if I don’t at least TRY.

Ahh I’m in the same boat with the pelvis hurting and only wanting carbs 😩😝
