@pinkkillersheep I second @kfrob. Once I get going, I'll go until I hit a literal wall. Then I need a nap or to sit down and do nothing until bedtime because my brain is mush and my body won't cooperate. It's definitely worse if my hydration or diet was not so good that day. Worth getting checked just in case if you feel like it's a change for you, but I don't think you're alone.
And I hear you 100% on the difficulty discerning what is normal (everything could be!) and ‘could this be the instance of xyz’…this pregnancy I’ve been so much more of a worrywort than my first. I chalk it up being that much older, residual anxiety from the pandemic/isolation/more time for my mind to run amuck!
