I love working out and I'm not slowing down, not yet! I signed up for a barre January challenge and doing bike trips and runs outside on the warmer days. I know eventually I will not be able to run and plank for example but just curious if others are thinking about changing their workout routines at some point and what modifications are you making, if any? Are you doing anything special to prep? I have no idea if it matters this early but I'm doing lots of squats lately ha
