Hi everyone!
my name is Carli I’m 36 and expecting my first in July. My fiancé became I’ll last week and got tested his rapid said he was negative but we still had him isolate in one room, then at the end of the week he got a message saying he is positive. I got my first dose of the vaccine on Wednesday and had normal reaction like I do with most. Arm hurts then all the possible side effects hit me at once. But I got a bit stuffy so I went and got a test this morning and my rapid came back positive. I am beyond freaking out, has anyone else had to go through this or know someone who did? I just feel like I have a head cold,no fever, chills, or cough. Appetite is still there and eating a ton! Thanks in advance for listening ❤️
Re: Covid positive 13 weeks
I’m in the same situation as you, fully vaccinated and getting covid on week 13. Fortunately my DH and 1-year old didn’t get it. I have mild symptoms for the most part - sore throat, nasal congestion, headache, extreme fatigue and body pain, some cough, no fever. The fatigue, pain, headache and sore throat are gone after a few days but I still have the other symptoms. It’s a bit stressful having covid while pregnant and need to isolate from my 1-year old. Hope you feel better soon if not already. I’m waiting for my result from re-test 🙏
If it makes you feel any better, we didn’t isolate from our 2 year old. He got a low grade fever and that was it.
