Well, what did the ultrasound tech say? That would be your best answer, not untrained internet strangers who do not do interpret OB ultrasounds for their livelihoods.
You will find out the sex, eventually through either another ultrasound or birth. You won't know your child's gender until they identify as male/female- sex (between the legs)and gender (in the brain) are not always equal.
