Low/no milk supply

Hello! What would you advise for low or no milk supply? Have you heard of any products that help increase milk supply (except medication, supplements)? Thank you!

Hi there!
There could be a number of reasons for low milk supply. How old is your baby and how long have you been breastfeeding?
One of the best things you can do is frequent unrestricted feedings.... This helps bring in the milk supply and supply/demand. Not cutting the baby off too soon during a session helps make sure the breast is fully drained and the baby has received the fat content.
