R/R: Our firm Christmas party is today - cue panic mode because Christmas is approaching and I have so much shopping still to do haha. I mentioned before that I’m being promoted, i feel like that was so long ago but it is effective 1/1 so I’m thinking they will finally announce it today. I’ll be happy that it will finally be out there, but feel awkward too

@bows22 I'm not sure if I said it before but congrats on the promotion! Hopefully if it does get announced it will just feel freeing and not awkward.

R/R: I'm so glad it's Friday! We have sort of a busy weekend planned but I really need to get out and get some shopping done or else I am going to lose it! I feel like I am so far behind because I haven't been able to get out and go. Last weekend I was stuck in the house all weekend because of the tree removals so hopefully I can get out this weekend so I can feel a little bit accomplished. Rave - DH said we can go to FL at the beginning of next year! We will stay in Jacksonville with family but most likely visit either WDW or Universal for 2/3 days! YAY!!

@bows22 Lol, that is exactly how I feel when I'm the center of attention at work. I tend to then make awkward jokes and comments because I forget how to behave normally. Congrats on the promotion!

@tessiesmom26 Yay for going to Florida! Do you have ideas for most of the people on your gift list? I think that's the most stressful part of it for me.

R/R: I did not sleep well last night and now I really wish I could take a nap at work. Why does this never happen on a day like yesterday when I was off and actually could have taken a nap? First world problems, I know. In other news, we have plans with friends tomorrow to play a nerdy board game and I'm pretty excited about it.

Well I was feeling awkward for nothing, they didn’t announce it. Hopefully they do eventually? Our firm is so weird. 

@tessiesmom26 yay for a Florida trip. That reminds me that I woke up at 3 AM because of a bad dream and also realized that my memory maker pictures started to expire YESTERDAY and now I have to call and beg. Good luck getting some shopping squeezed in!

@bows22 Maybe they're just hoping to move you into the new position and no one notices, lol?! I don't temp, so no chart unfortunately. I have OPKs you can look at if you want to try to confirm my O, but nothing more exciting than that.
