Month/Cycle: 36/39
CD/DPO: 16/2
Timing: EOD + IUI on O day
Typical LP length: progesterone
Testing: 10 DPO before I leave for a work trip
R/R: I don’t think I ever said this in the randoms thread when we were talking about it but we bought a peloton! It came on Friday but I wasn’t able to ride until yesterday and was excited to wake up early to ride again this morning! I was a little nervous it would be too much for me and the TWW probably isn’t the best time to up my exercise game but I was relieved that the beginner classes are pretty reasonable and I feel comfortable with them even if I do end up KU.

Hi everyone! First month off BCP, first time TTC… first TWW! Going crazy! Does everyone get phantom early pregnancy symptoms on the first try or is it just me? I know I am almost certainly just being a hypochondriac and it is SO unlikely, but as hard as I’m trying to keep my expectations low, my hopes are sky high and I’m going to be crushed come my next visit from AF. Any mindset tips for a newbie? I want to stay positive but not expect something to happen anytime soon.
@bows22 i'm so glad you got it! i hope you love it, i have abandoned mine recently and i think my general moodiness is evidenced by my lack of exercise
@emmylou1111 hi! do we have a newbie post, you should go intro yourself

CS/Q:
Oct '21 somewhat improved AMH (.51) and significantly improved FSH (8.9). Maybe it's all the pills I swallow.

Feb '22 FET (low-level mosaic): CP.
May '22 egg retrieval, lupron flare protocol. HGH priming for 1 month before stims; md lupron 20/20u daily; menopur 225, follistim 225, 10k trigger after 8 days of stims; AFC 10; 13 retrieved; 10 mature; 8 fertilized. All frozen at 2PN for later thaw, grow, and biopsy.

Jan 20, Fully medicated FET, baby aspirin, dexamethasone, acupuncture, and as much woo as I can stand (which isn't very much). BFN.
July 23, Natural FET + baby aspirin. BFN.
@emmylou1111 Welcome! The problem is, most symptoms in the TWW that can indicate pregnancy can also indicate an impending AF. Makes it a delightful mind game.
@anniemarie887 Haha, I love that "buddy the elf'ed" is now a verb!
Month/Cycle: 4/3 AL
CD/DPO: 24/10
Timing: good
Typical LP length: 12ish
Testing: 12/8
R/R: Absolutely nothing going on to even pretend to SS, so I guess that's good? Doesn't make me feel super hopeful for this month though. In other news, it rained so hard last night that it woke me up multiple times. Very weird weather for December.
CS/Q: Nope
@emmylou1111
Welcome! I'm a fellow newbie. This is my second month of trying. Hopefully you are one of the lucky ones that gets a BFP on their first cycle. I had phantom symptoms last month, so I get what you are talking about. But, I'm also not convinced it wasn't a chemical, so you never know. Just hang in there and don't get your hopes too high. Also, it's probably best not to be like me and test every single day during the TWW. I drove myself absolutely bonkers. Other than that, I don't feel qualified to give a lot of advice since I'm also just starting my TTC journey. Sending good thoughts your way, though.
@anniemarie887
I haven't even started on Christmas shopping either. We just put up the tree on Saturday, so I'm definitely feeling behind. I usually start decorating the beginning of November, but this is my first holiday being married and my husband is a hard-core believer in no Christmas till after Thanksgiving.
