hi everyone! I'm 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I've come down with the worst head cold...the congestion is so bad it's killing my head and as tired as I am I can't sleep because of it...what are some things some of you have tried fir congestion during pregnancy? is there anything over the counter that you can take? I read benadryl is safe to use during pregnancy...I plan on also calling the Dr today to be safe...just looking for ideas to ask about...thank you!
