No AF. Cramping

Im two weeks late. I have always been regular. I spotted for one day then nothing. I have been experiencing mild cramps in my lower stomach at night. But they go away. When I urine I experience brown discharge only when I wipe. I’ve taking hpt and got negative. I have light nausea and fatigue. Ob told me to to wait a week and test every two to three days. What do I do?

Listen to your OB! If you don't trust find a new one you do. 

Use pink dye or a digital.  Blue are not as good.  

There may be underlying issue so keep your OB updated.  Believe me, been there, done that
