So nervous

I have been pregnant 3 times already and they all ended in miscarriage: 8, 20 and 9 weeks. I went through Ivf with the first round being unsuccessful and just found out the second embryo transfer worked and I’m pregnant. I am so nervous though because of my past. I don’t know what to do to settle myself or if it’s even possible.

I'm also pregnant after 3 losses last year. I'm 12 weeks now and have started to calm down but for those first weeks I literally did not think about the future at all. All I concentrated on was that at least in that moment I was pregnant. I didn't know if I would be in a month or in 6 months, but I was in that moment. Honestly that's the only thing that has kept me sane so far.
