My doctor told me today that officially at 13 +3 I am second trimester!!

ACOG says the second tri starts at 14+0 which i guess makes sense if you think about it bc the first 2 weeks of pregnancy you're not actually pregnant (if basing it off of LMP). I will say I thought it was 13 weeks. 

but either way I'm there

2nd tri starts at 13.3 . If you divide 40 weeks by 3 trimesters you get 13.3 😊

Trimesters are actually pretty arbitrary. The dates for trimester starts are different if you go by gestation, conception or development. 14 weeks is the latest of the 3.

Lol . Scrolling trying to find a different post and missread this one and thought it was the 24 weeks post and was like oh yeah I need to post. One to actually reread it and figure out I'm posting on the wrong thread. I still haven't posted or found any thread I'm actually looking for btw on hands free breast pumps. If I could more clearly explain pregnancy brain I'm not sure how.
