Hi all. I am not a stranger to the bump, but I’ve never participated in the TTGP group here, so I want to introduce myself and say hello. It’s nice to be able to give and get support, this TTC game is not for the faint of heart! 

Ages (you and SO): Both 38

How many months have you been TTC?: It’s complicated, it’s kind of month 3 I think? 

TW: Pregnancy loss

I was meant to be an April 2022 mom, but I lost the baby. I got pregnant on the first cycle we tried, and we took last cycle off of TTC, and now ready to try again. 

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: Just trying the old fashioned way. I’ve been tracking BBT for years, both TTC and TTA, so that’s nothing new, but I did buy some OPK to get a better idea of timing. 

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) I’m Maggie. My kids are 5 and 2, and I just started my own freelance medical writing business this year. For fun I like to work out, cook, eat, and garden.

Ages (you and SO): I am 31 and DH is 37

How many months have you been TTC?: NTNP since May, WTO so I can start testing to prep for a frozen embryo transfer

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: FET

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) Hi Ladies! I had my appointment with my RE last week, so I felt like I could come out of lurkdom now.

My husband and I have been married for 3.5 years, and we live in Massachusetts with our 10 month old daughter and our two dogs. I have endo and unexplained infertility. It took us 21 months, 3 IUIs, and 3 embryo transfers to get pregnant with our daughter. We have been NTNP for the last 5 months hoping maybe I'd be one of those rare magical unicorns that get KU naturally after an IVF baby, but alas here I am mentally preparing myself for all the dreaded PIO shots again. We have 5 frozen embryos and are hoping to do a transfer in the beginning of January. 

This community was invaluable to me during the journey to my daughter and I'm excited to be back again!

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: OPK 

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) Two children, 9 and 5. Currently working full time from home.  I enjoy running and lots of DIY craft projects. I'm always crafting.
