Green ish grey poop normal? (Image Warning!!)

So my 4 1/2 month old has been on breast milk from day 1 and enfamil gentlease since 3 months. Long story short, we both had thrush and I wasn’t producing enough for her appetite so I’ve been giving her both. I know green is normal for formula fed babies. Hers is like green with the yellow seeds from breast milk and today it has a Greyish tint? Just want to know if this is normal before I go running to the ped.

My baby's poop changed to something similar to this when i increased the amount of formula I gave him to supplement the breastmilk. At the same time we were also both sick. It has slowly gone back to the normal yellow and chalky.

This is pretty normal. The formula probably has iron in it which darkens the poo. And the if you are supplementing the poo will be half breast milk (yellow and seedy) and half formula. My son has had poos like this when we were supplementing.
