Is this mucus plug or bloody show? (graphic pic)

Anyone know the difference? This occurred 12hrs after a cervical exam, eventho I had mild spotting after the exam. Had menstrual cramps with this and had a similar amount and look but less jelly like 2hrs before this picture. 39.5weeks
