R/R: argh, I really should just say 'no' to coffee. I gave in this morning because mh bought coffee that smells diving, but it really does a number on my digestive tract. And I really should not have it because I have adrenal dysfunction, so caffeine and low andrenals don't mix. But it smells so damn good! Sigh.

Looking forward to the long weekend though; I have friends coming over tomorrow, and then again on Monday. But I'll likely need to do some work on Sunday as this week has been chock full of meetings so I din't have any time to do anything on my to-do list.
