Store bought hummus safe?

I feel like I have a panic attack about everything I eat LOL, my fiancé told me i need to be medicated (kidding but not) I know homemade hummus is safer, but I am so lazy lol. I got store bought hummus. Not the kind at the salad bar, it’s the packaged kind you can find in the deli, like cedars except I just got the store brand. Is store bought hummus safe? I read such contradicting information. I also don’t feel like having to call my OB office every time I have a question on food I can eat. Thoughts?

I’ve never heard of store bought hummus (or any type of hummus) being bad to eat while pregnant.

I've read there can be an issue with tahini, but I think it's ok. It's a good source of fiber, especially if bought/packaged from a reputable source.
