Nursing and pregnant

Hello ladies 
Pregnant with baby #3 
Can someone tell me if I should I should stop nursing my 14month old?
Is it nursing thats causing the cramps? 
I've been cramping as if my its my 1st day of my menstrual cycle.

To the best of my knowledge, in that I’ve known multiple women who have, it is perfectly safe to bf another baby throughout another pregnancy. But you should call your doctor to check with them, especially about the cramps, just to be safe. Cramping in early pregnancy can be completely normal though.

I breastfed my 3rd until 24 ish weeks with my 4th. I probably should have stopped sooner but he wasn't even a year and had horrible food allergies. I am currently 5 weeks and some days and still breastfeeding my just turned two year old. Mostly naps and bedtime. But I am definitely ready for him to be done my nipples are so sensitive right now. Lol
