Deciding whether to try to have a baby

My husband has psoriatic arthritis plus he has a host of other health problems.  He’s concerned about not having enough energy to be a parent.  

Right now we are undecided on if we will try to conceive at all.  We want to try to figure out some of his other health problems.  Does anyone on here have some insight or experience?
