@pajamstagrams thank you for posting this! I couldn't find one last week. 

Ages (you and SO): I'm 34 my husband is 46

How many months have you been TTC?: 5 months, or 4 cycles. 

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?:  timing things correctly following cm, and opk temped this cycle but not well because I just got my tempdrop back from a friend. I also tried coq10 this cycle. 

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.) my husband and I are both math teachers, we have two daughters who are 2 years and 1 week apart. Planning for maternity leave for summer break so we can afford for me to take 12 weeks off leaves very little wriggle room. This time my husband said no May baby because he didn't want them all to have birthdays right next to each other, and when I finally got my period back we started trying hoping for something in the spring. This is my last attempt because next month would be a week after our second daughter for a edd and he doesn't want that. The following month we end up with a new deductible and I don't think we want that. 4k deductible each year. So I'm really hoping this will work. 

For hobbies, I love gardening, and learning about all things homestead. We're remodeling and putting an addition on a house that was left to my husband and have been working on that for the last 6ish years. We will likely move there next year and finish up the big addition then. I hope to be able to have a large garden and some animals then. I love exploring with my daughters and we spend lots of time outside hiking and playing in water during the summer. I have hopes of teaching them to ski come winter so we can enjoy that time more too. I also have a passion for all things ttc, pregnancy, and breastfeeding and hope to some day get a certificate that allows me to work in the birth world, what that is right now I'm not sure.

I've been on the bump 3 times and have read the rules many times, but I'm always terrified that I'm going to say the wrong thing so I hope that was all OK.

@jhysmath don’t worry about breaking the rules… we’re all cynical enough that we’ll tell you straight up when you did. 🤣 But seriously, you intro’ed yourself in the right place which is a very strong first step in the right direction. Good luck trying to time baby #3. Hope you’re not here for long.

How many months have you been TTC?: first month 

What are you doing to get knocked up (WAYDTGKU)?: 
tracking CM, took out IUD back in June but I wasn’t ready to start just yet. I use the app Clue to track and record. Not taking temp yet. 

Tell us about yourself! (Kids, pets, job, hobbies, etc.)

I have a 5yo son. He’s crazy and silly and energetic. With him I had terrible hperemesis gravidarum and the trauma from it (emotional and mental too, not just physical) made me really scared to try again. My original plans of trying when my son was 2 got totally derailed. I would break down hyperventilating and crying and panicking at the thought of another pregnancy. But I’m finally ready. This is the first month trying so I know it’s just very early on still. I’m a SAHM. I was working part time pre-Covid. But since it all shut down last year I’ve tried homeschooling and just surviving with my husband working from home and my son being insane lol. We live in DC area. Hubs is back at work full time and I can’t wait for my son to start preschool next month so I can have time to breathe and silence. Lol.
