@optimistgardener, agree with everyone else about it perhaps being a reaction to the base oil in the PIO. Stuff like this is hard because you don't know what's just a normal reaction and what's am indication of something more. Hives definitely seem to point to something more. On the other hand, lumps/knots in the injection site where the oil sits before it starts to spread is pretty common (though the fact that you stopped injecting a couple weeks ago makes that a little more odd - but might also further the oil reaction theory if it's slowly spreading out). I had the hardest time walking my hips were so sore for like 2 weeks, but it eventually went away.
