Anyone know if we can eat left overs? I see things say yes & no.

i only ask because I had left over chicken parm, and I thought It was cooked all the way but some was still cold…

I think general rules for leftovers can still apply during pregnancy, no more than a few days in the fridge and cook very thoroughly and it should be fine. Also If you are not in your first trimester I wouldn’t worry as much about it, past that.

There’s no reason to not eat leftovers. Especially chicken park. Yum! Enjoy.

Why can you not eat leftovers?  Unless they stayed on the counter for hours - they are good to go.

From a food safety standpoint it depends on how and how fast it was cooled after cooking. But generally you’re fine unless you left it out all day before putting it in the fridge. I eat chicken all the time cold, but it was originally cooked to at least 165 degrees.
