Working Out 7 mo pp - c - section

Okay ladies, so I am sweating for the wedding in October 2021. I have been doing abdominal crunches and things to get rid of the "mommy apron" or " c section shelf " .... I just started today and after finishing crunches I got a Charlie Horse in my upper abdominal muscles 2x. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this either post baby working out or post c section working out.
