My husband got a job!!! After over a year of being furloughed, a stint interning for home inspection he all of a sudden became a wanted man in the event industry. Best thing is his job is 10 minutes from home and he can work from home if he is able to.  This is great news since I dont have enough PTO to stay home with the baby and this will allow us to look at bigger houses.

Wednesday was my LAST NIGHT ON OVERNIGHT SHIFTS!! I have 5 days off to adjust basically before I go back in Tuesday at 630am. It’ll definitely be an adjustment since I was going in at 7pm previously. I’m basically doing a 180 here… wish me luck! I’m not a morning person, but this shift means I get to have more time with my family at night.

I missed this yesterday BUT on Wednesday my partner proposed to me, overlooking the ocean on a gorgeous evening. Just us. Super simple. I'm so happy! Allowed myself to have my favourite champagne as a treat! Picture of the spot and of the ring ❤️❤️
