  • What is your ultimate goal (it can be for pregnancy and beyond...or both:)?
    I'd like to only gain about the same amount as I did with my first.  

    What is your goal for the week?
    Finally have my energy back some, so trying to hit my daily move goal each day this week.  

    Are there any obstacles to reaching your goal?
    I had lost 7lbs during the first trimester of my last pregnancy which kept my overall weight gain lower, I'm hoping this time to stay more active and keep the overall weight gain the same.  

    How are you doing in terms of staying on track?
    Not great...i missed yesterday's goal but today is a new day!

    Anything you want to celebrate this week?
    Have all this week's dinners planned out already!

  • What is your ultimate goal (it can be for pregnancy and beyond...or both:)? To not gain too much weight? I'm not going to be too hard on myself in that regard. I would like to start working out more to where I can fit it in about 3-4 times a week. 

    What is your goal for the week? To work out once... haha. I have kind of a busy week because we're going out of town on Thursday night for a few days and of course all the packing for the kids is left up to me. 

    Are there any obstacles to reaching your goal? Housework and being distracted by the internet, haha. 

    How are you doing in terms of staying on track? I need to actually get on the track to see if I can stay on! A set schedule would probably help. 

    Anything you want to celebrate this week? I feel like my energy is back to where I can start working out regularly. 

    Anything else you want to share? Instead of working out today, I'm taking a nap because my kid was up at 5:45. But I'll go to bed early tonight to try to work out tomorrow AM I think.

  • What is your ultimate goal (it can be for pregnancy and beyond...or both:)? I'd like to start exercising semi-regularly--I did fairly well with my first two pregnancies buuuuut have not really done a great job of getting back to it since, well, DS2 was born, haha!

    What is your goal for the week? I'm going to start small and say eat healthier than last week. And I was on vacation last week, so it should be fairly easy.  :D

    Are there any obstacles to reaching your goal? Not having any energy or motivation to cook, wanting to default to unhealthy foods when I don't feel the greatest. @blackhottamales I need to be like you and pre-plan meals!! 

    How are you doing in terms of staying on track? Like @Lisa3379, I need to actually got ON the track before I think about staying on it, haha. 

    Anything you want to celebrate this week? I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow, so almost to 2nd tri! Hoping for a decrease in nausea and increase in energy soon.

    Questions? Any good (free) workouts you want to share? Preferably on the short-ish side because time is limited!!

    What is your goal for the week? Not go stir crazy being stuck inside 

    Are there any obstacles to reaching your goal? Hip pain. Out of control hip pain. Also it’s too smoky to walk outside 😭

    How are you doing in terms of staying on track? Not great. Walking hurts 

    Anything you want to celebrate this week? Got a referral to PT for my hip
