Has anyone done this/considering doing this? My doctor’s office is having a webinar on it and I’m going to attend because I’m curious and it’s something I was thinking about - but interested to know any real life experiences. Thanks!

I'd be curious to hear what others know/learn, but I haven't looked into it myself.

I don’t know much about it but am def planning to do it.  My sister in law highly recommended it bc of a health scare with my niece where she needed it.  She was telling me to def do it when she was visiting a few weeks ago.  I can’t really see any cons? But curious to hear others thoughts.
