Possibly pregnant...

Hey mamas I need advice.. I keep having this gut feeling I'm pregnant again. I can't shake this feeling & I'm also having very vivid dreams. Even dreams where I'm pregnant. I never done that unless I am for sure pregnant. Also my areolas look darker and I had a clear liquid come out my right areola when squeezed. No period or symptoms this month. I've usually had my period by now & only 9 days left in the month. My period last 7 days & I don't rememeber running over to the next month. It's to early for me to test but has anyone ever experienced these symptoms!? (Also I just had a baby 3 months ago almost 4 so I know I'm very fertile).
