TTC - DH on testosterone

Hi everyone, first time posting here. 

I have two children we conceived naturally and fairly easily - both times I was pregnant within 6 months of stopping the pill. I think it was closer to 4 months actually. 

Now I’m 35 and we decided we would have a third child. DH has been on testosterone injections for low T levels for a few years and we didn’t even think about it at the time because we thought we were done. He talked to the clinic and they told him to stop injections and they’ll put him on hCg injections as well. I’m just really concerned that this will drastically affect our chances of conceiving and that he will have stopped these injections and mess himself up for no reason. Has anyone had any similar situations? Thanks in advance!
