Might as well post this hear since this thread is started! We heard the heart beat and can see tiny tiny baby and yolk sac.

Yay!  @photographerwife Congratulations!  That is so exciting you were able to hear the HB already!  I will only be 5w2d at my first scan so I'm trying to curb my expectations...

@BusinessWife yeah! I went in at 5w0 for abdominal pain and we saw just the gestational sac. But I’ve heard some will at least see the yolk sac then too! So my doctor had me follow up yesterday. Wishing you luck tomorrow!

Thank you!  @photographerwife. It still feels so surreal.  Like there were two possible worlds I could have stepped into a few weeks ago, the one where we get pregnant, and the one where we didn't.  And by some sheer stroke of luck or grace, here we are!  ...getting to do this pregnancy thing again.  It's unbelievable.

Had an ultrasound yesterday and saw this

We are beyond shocked and even now 24 hours later it still hasn't sunk in for me.  I'm even more nervous and scared than I was, MH is excited and wants to tell the world.  We did go ahead and tell his boys, they are excited for now, we'll see how long it lasts.  The oldest (he's 17) said they will be like peanut butter and jelly, you can't have one without the other so the babies have officially been dubbed pb&j.

AFM: I didn’t get any good pictures, but baby is measuring on track at 6 weeks 1 day. Heart rate is 103 bpm. I go back in 3 weeks for another ultrasound, and will then graduate from the RE to my regular doctor.

@kmb0108 - wow big surprise! congrats!

AFM I'm currently 6 weeks today - baby measured 5w5d and heartbeat was 100. It was hard to get a decent image - the embryo stayed right where it was placed at the top of my uterus but they said everything looked good. Back in two weeks for another ultrasound.

5+4 today. No fetal pole visualized but the yolk sac is there and only 1 gestational sac. Measuring consistent with dates, but cannot confirm dates until fetal pole is visualized

@kmb0108 omg! That is so exciting and also a little scary. I thought for sure we were having twins but nope, just one baby!

I went for my first appointment yesterday. Baby is measuring 7 weeks 3 days with an updated due date of February 5th. Heartbeat was 167! 

It feels so crazy to be pregnant again. I feel like I'm cheating on my daughter! 😜

I want to add a picture of the ultrasound but cannot figure out how to add a spoiler on my phone.

@foodlovehappiness you don't really have to spoiler the pic, bit if you want to, click the little P paragraph dropdown, third icon from the left, and choose spoiler.  Then you can attach the pic in there.

Our 8 week appointment went great! I’m 7w6d and baby is measuring 8w1d so we’re keeping my due date of 2/4/22. So happy everything went well. Maybe now it’ll all sink in!

8 week appointment DONE! midwife said baby is on track and that heartbeat is "nice and strong". I could even see it! And we are all nestled exactly where we should be: in my uterus and far away from my cervix XD

Viability scan updated with a beating heart 💜 baby measuring a little smaller than dates (6+4 instead of 7+0), but still within normal. Keeping due date of Feb 14.

Monday's appointment went well, and we graduated the RE, for the last time.  So grateful we got to leave off on a happy note!

7+5, measuring beautifully at 8w!  Not sure what's going on in that picture though; baby kind of looks like a crab! Lol Looking forward to when the pics look more like a real human baby in there. 😊

FHR was nice and strong at 155, up from 128 last time.  I still can hardly believe this is really happening...</div>

Graduated from the Fertility Clinic today at 8w4d. Scan went well - measured right on track, heart rate of 161 and lots of movement. Next week I get my NIPT blood draw and a week later we'll know more about it's health and whether we're having a boy or girl!

@BusinessWife - not sure yet. I got rejected by the OB and told I needed to go to MFM so I’m just waiting for them to contact me. In the mean time off to the family doc for a Pap…yeahhh argh haha
