What habits/goals are you focusing on? How are they going? Exercising/moving my body regularly and keeping my weight gain in check
What has you motivated or struggling? Knowing that moving is best for baby!
What's a "small win" you have from last month? Honestly, I didn’t work out at all last month I don’t think but I was in very laborious parts of the lab, lots of lifting and pushing so to speak, and I would do approx. 8,500 steps a day more or less so I count that as a win still
GTKY: What are you most likely to become famous for? Ooh probably some sort of organizing hack or something. Or memory games
What habits/goals are you focusing on? How are they going? I've been focusing lately on getting better quality sleep. Trying to turn off the screens by 10pm, have my head ready to hit the pillow by 10:30pm.
What has you motivated or struggling? I have a long-standing habit of watching sitcoms in bed until I can't keep my eyes open so no screens 30 minutes prior to bed is hit or miss, especially since my willpower is lacking by the end of the day. Motivated because I know how much lack of sleep adds to my stress and how I show up so much better for myself and my family when I'm better rested.
What's a "small win" you have from last month? Over the course of the last month, I did manage several days of both screens off by 10 and ready to sleep by 10:30pm.
GTKY: What are you most likely to become famous for? Probably making some horribly unflattering face that becomes meme-worthy and then haunts me for the rest of time
