Should I get another opinion? Is RE pushing too hard? WWYD.

I have a leftover follicle of 20mm from my last cycle (with Letrozole), and my estrogen levels are 109. My RE says this isn't a problem, and wants me to start Follistim (75) tonight for another round of IUIs... I keep seeing other people in similar scenarios take at least a one month break when something like this happens since the chance of pregnancy is slim with a leftover follicle (since the dominant follicle is old) or even worse, that it might rupture. Should I get another opinion?
