Possible positive test and some mild bleeding?

Hi everyone, I am new to these forums so I apologize if I’m not posting in the right place. I’ve always had somewhat irregular cycles, and doubted whether or not I’d be able to ever have a baby. The last few weeks, I’ve been taking the supplement myo inositol that seems to have a pretty good track record for helping women conceive. My husband and I had not even started trying until then. Over the last 3-4 days I started feeling incredibly fatigued…like to the point where I can barely put one foot in front of the other at times. I’ve also been nauseated and had very sore breasts, and had a bit of an acne break out on my face (which is very unusual for me). So yesterday morning my husband convinced me to take a test, and it came out positive, from what I can understand. I’ve read that no matter how faint the line, it still indicates early pregnancy. Is that the case? Then this morning, we took a second test and it came out negative; however, it was a different brand that tests at a higher level of hCG than the first one did. My husband thinks that I am pregnant, but it was still too early to use the second….but I’m just skeptical and don’t know what to think. My other concern is that I have been bleeding on and off, mildly, but I have passed a couple smallish clots the last couple days. Although today, I’ve had no bleeding at all. So I’m worried and confused. Has anyone had the same experience? My two questions here I guess are: 1. Does this faint line indicate pregnancy or am I crazy? And 2. Has anyone had bleeding like I described, and still had a successful pregnancy?

My other issue is that I am currently overseas in Europe with my husband (he lives there for now), so it’s not like I am home and can make an appointment with my regular doctor. So I’m not sure what to do.
