I’m about 7 weeks pregnant. I’ve had this horrible taste in my mouth when eating any type of meat for about two weeks now. Any tips or how to handle this? I can eat sweets no problem!

I remember having that at times early on, but certainly not throughout the whole pregnancy. If it's still bothering you enough to mention it when you see your doctor, please let us know if they have any tips.
I would say too, generally speaking, it's okay to eat things that don't make you too nauseous / have that metallic taste / whatever other early pregnancy symptom a person may have brought on by food, even if it seems like your diet is a bit limited for a time. Sometimes symptoms are bad enough, it's just survival. And again, most likely it will pass and you'll be able to better tolerate more variety before too long.</div>
I had a strong meat aversion during my pregnancy. I started making food like tacos or hamburgers where there was meat in it, but it was camouflaged by the other flavors and textures. Hope you start feeling better soon!
I'm 10 wks and have been having the same thing since 6 weeks. Driving me crazy! I have found a couple meat items I can eat with no problem but most (especially chicken) is just disgusting to me. My OB said it'll pass but it's driving me crazy as well! Hope you find things you can tolerate!
It’s been rough! I’m hoping and praying it goes away once the first trimester passes. I so far cannot eat any type of meat so it has been a challenge. Hope it passes for you soon also!
