Not so much a product for symptoms - but I got one of these dresses from Amazon. I tend to get hot flashes during the first tri so feeling cool overall is important but at the same time, I don't feel comfortable in a normal waistband (or normal clothes, to be honest) due to overall bloating, tummy size, etc. This dress is loose and flowy so you get plenty of breezy air next to your skin and it's a very forgiving empire waist that I haven't found restricting. The top area is a wrap and somewhat loose which is great with sore, growing boobs.
I also like Seaband's acupressure bands for nausea and ginger gum. I noticed they sell aromatherapy roll-on ginger oils so I'm picking up a tube to try out!
You can also just buy candied ginger from the store to suck on for some nausea relief!

During my last pregnancy the Unisom/B6 combo saved me and got me through the awful nausea and all-day sickness. Always check with your doctor first though, and they do have an rx version available.
Gin Gin’s ginger candy was also a great help, in addition to jolly ranchers! And lots of carbs!
And I second the Seaband’s ginger gum recommendation from @mbradfo2 ! I need to try the actual bands this go around!
I swear by Sparkling Mama drink mixes! They really helped me throughout my last pregnancy with the all-day all-pregnancy nausea LOL. My doctor checked out the packaging and said it was a great thing to add to my arsenal. I did the Unisom as well last time but I got very addicted so trying my best to not go that route this time.
